Bria is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Ottawa office with municipal, non-profit and consulting experience. She has contributed to a broad range of projects, with particular focus on infrastructure policy, planning research, and community engagement. At Fotenn, Bria works on a variety of commercial and residential projects, guiding them through the development approvals process.
