Samuel is a Planner at Fotenn’s Ottawa office and a graduate of the Honours Planning program at the University of Waterloo, where he earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. His experience is primarily in land development planning, with a focus on development approvals, subdivision design, and public engagement.

Samuel has worked on a variety of residential development projects through the planning and approvals process. He is particularly interested in public engagement, planning policy, and economic development, and enjoys working with stakeholders to support thoughtful and effective planning outcomes.
