Andy Stefan is an Ecologist on Fotenn’s Natural Environment team, bringing experience in conservation, stewardship, and invasive species management. She has worked across a range of ecological programs through her roles at the South Nation Conservation Authority, supporting field surveys, outreach initiatives, and habitat stewardship projects. Andy holds a Master of Science in Biology from Carleton University, where she researched insect evolution, and has contributed numerous encyclopedia articles on Canadian biodiversity, covering species such as pollinators, spiders, and snakes.
Her project experience includes field identification and monitoring, biodiversity research, invasive species management, and ecological assessment. Andy brings a strong technical foundation and a science‑driven approach to Natural Environmental Services, supporting the team’s work in delivering integrated, ecology‑focused solutions.
