Fotenn has worked with Dymon Self Storage on numerous developments in both Ottawa and the Greater Toronto Area. Key project components undertaken by Fotenn include management of development approvals for multiple self-storage facilities, Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Site Plan Control approval, the preparation of Planning Rationales, initial site plan concepts, and complete landscape architecture services.

Undertaking these project elements involves time-sensitive and professional dealings with the client, city staff, councilors, the Planning Committee and members of the public.

As a self-storage facility, Dymon is unique in the sense that it incorporates multi-level, high-quality storage with a drive-thru, supplemented with Dymon-related and independent retail uses at grade.
