Brittany Mulhern is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Kingston office with over 10 years of experience in development and policy planning, with a specialized focus on rural Ontario. Her experience working in the public sector included complex development reviews, liaison with various public and private sector agencies and rural policy innovation.

As a Registered Professional Planner, Brittany seeks to apply her municipal planning and professional consulting experience to provide a high level of strategic input towards land use and policy development projects. Brittany’s experience has provided her with a reputation for providing valuable planning advice across south-eastern Ontario. Brittany has been qualified as an expert witness in land use planning at the Ontario Land Tribunal (formally Local Planning & Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Municipal Board).
