Claire Stevenson-Blythe

Claire is a planner who brings curiosity and empathy to complex urban issues. She has skills in land use analysis and development approvals, urban design, and policy development. Claire has worked on a range of public, private and non-profit projects in development approvals, zoning by-law reviews and amendments, neighbourhood built form audits, and public and stakeholder consultation. She has strong communication and writing skills and is proficient in a range of software. Claire conducts research in partnership with the University of Toronto and University of British Columbia in the governance and legal frameworks of public spaces in Toronto and Vancouver. Claire is a Candidate member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute.
