Dave is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Kingston Office. He brings experience from the public and private sector facilitating planning efforts in both rural and urban contexts. His experience working with three levels of government in Ontario included facilitating development approvals for residential, commercial, and industrial sites, as well as policy creation and implementation. At Fotenn, Dave provides support and project management for a wide array of planning applications and development proposals.
