Elysia is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Kingston office with a background in land use planning and government policy. Elysia has experience in both provincial and municipal policy planning, and has contributed to a range of planning projects in urban and rural environments. In her work at Fotenn, Elysia supports a variety of planning applications for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, and subdivision applications. Elysia is passionate about the relationship between people and land, which benefits her evolving understanding of the planning process.
