Jillian is a bilingual Planner in Fotenn’s Ottawa office, with a background in planning, project management and environmental studies. She has experience working in land use planning, transportation and infrastructure project management, and strategic policy. Jillian has a keen interest in environmental stewardship, transportation systems, inclusive spaces and community engagement. She brings experience from municipal, federal and international contexts, having completed her Masters of Planning in Dunedin, New Zealand.

At Fotenn, Jillian works on development reports and property research. She enjoys assisting clients in obtaining a variety of commercial and residential development approvals for a wide range of projects.
