Kelsey is a Senior Planner at Fotenn’s Kingston office and has experience in municipal planning processes, land use planning and public engagement. She is involved with a wide range of development planning applications for both residential and commercial development projects. Kelsey has an interest in rural and small community planning, brownfield redevelopment and infill development.
