Kenneth is a bilingual planner in Fotenn’s Ottawa office with a background in housing policy, active transportation, and design. With a keen interest in social planning, he has conducted extensive research on affordable housing models for Queen’s University and the Nova Scotia Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing. He examines urban issues through an equity lens to ensure just access to the city for all, emphasizing the value of effective community engagement and public spaces.
