Matthew is a Principal of Planning and Policy with experience in both policy and development projects throughout Ontario, Quebec and Canada’s territories. Matthew has extensive experience in obtaining planning approvals for private sector clients for a range of mixed-use, residential, institutional and commercial projects with special focus on urban design and infill development. Matthew understands the complexities inherent in development issues and formulates innovative solutions that enhance urban environment settings.
