Patricia is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Ottawa Office with a background in both private and public sector land use planning. She completed her Master of Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University, focusing on land use and real estate. Patricia is passionate about resilience planning and enjoys working on policy and development projects. At Fotenn, Patricia assists with a variety of planning projects within the Ottawa area.
