Sydney is a Senior Planner in Fotenn’s Toronto office, with over four years of experience leading private sector land development projects across Ontario. Her portfolio includes mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments in urban, suburban, and rural contexts. She has expertise in development approvals, policy analysis, and managing multidisciplinary project teams. Sydney also has a strong background in urban design, with design experience ranging from small-scale infill projects to large-scale neighbourhood and greyfield redevelopment that foster social cohesion and walkability, contributing positively to the public realm. At Fotenn, she works on a diverse range of projects through the preparation of planning documents and project management.
