Thomas is a Planner in Fotenn’s Ottawa office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. Thomas has experience in both urban and rural planning projects having worked in both a rural community and an urban centre. Thomas’s interests include planning sustainable urban developments that promote connected urban greenspaces, and active transportation. At Fotenn, Thomas assists with a wide variety of planning applications for clients across the Ottawa region.
