Thomas Tello is an Urban Designer in Fotenn’s Ottawa office. He is a graduate of the Architectural Studies program at Carleton University with a specialization in Design. He brings an understanding of planning, urban design and architecture along with experience in supporting design processes for master plans, secondary plans, phased developments, concept plans, graphical diagrams, rendering and community engagement.

Thomas’ interest in urban design was sparked from his background in architecture where he studied space, form and development. His recent work centres around urbanism in the public realm, advancing projects that promote inclusive and vibrant communities.
