Yuki Naganuma

Planner

Yuki is a planner at Fotenn’s Toronto office with a background in heritage planning within both the public and private sectors. She has experience preparing planning materials to meet requirements of complex heritage approvals processes for large-scale downtown redevelopment projects. She also has experience in the preparation of planning evidence materials for LPAT hearings. At Fotenn, Yuki supports a wide range of projects across the GTHA including the preparation of planning justification reports, Official Plan policy and Zoning By-law regulatory reviews and site analysis. Yuki is interested in the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings as a tool towards economic development and place-making for local communities. Yuki strives to approach her planning practice through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.
